Zippbill is an AI-powered invoice generation platform designed for freelancers and small businesses. The Service allows users to create, manage, send, and track invoices using AI-assisted content generation.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Plans

Zippbill offers both free and paid subscription plans. Features and limits vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive invoices
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Zippbill and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all invoice data and content you create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Zippbill uses AI (Anthropic's Claude API) to assist in generating invoice content. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before sending invoices. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal compliance of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zippbill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zippbill and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zippbill operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
